Jenny is driven by a commitment to learning, achievement and excellence.  She is professional and competent and enjoys creating a positive impact on people.
Jenny helps people discover how to use their natural talents to transform their performance and realize their true potential.  Through coaching conversations and tools, Jenny successfully empowers others to do what they do best, better.

Jenny followed an unorthodox path to arrive at this profession.  At university, she planned a career in scientific research.  Unexpected illness resulted in a five-year journey to health before she could continue her studies and complete a PhD in chemistry.  She was awarded three Doctoral Scholarships, one Fellowship, and one international award for her research.  Despite this success, she no longer felt a career in research was the right path. 

After some short-term positions, Jenny worked as a Process Technologist before progressing to the positions of Process Engineer, then Production Manager, in a manufacturing company.  She discovered that working with machines was easy.  People, however, were not, but they were the key to achievement.  As Production Manager, she led a culturally diverse all-male team of 40 for seven years.  Endeavouring to bring the best out of her team sparked her interest in psychology and ways to empower others to improve engagement and performance.

She now combines her learnings in science, business and psychology with the acclaimed Gallup CliftonStrengths™ tool and strengths coaching to help people elevate their performance and increase their personal satisfaction, contribution, collaboration and engagement. 

She understands the needs of businesses, how people impact business results and how to create success.  The ability to positively impact a wide variety of individuals, partnerships, teams and groups drives Jenny to deliver coaching experiences that empower success.
